To edit a user’s general information such as their role (Admin, User) ; location; and start/end date, please follow these steps:

Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard ( )
Click on Users on the left-hand side
Enter the user’s profile by clicking on their name
On the right-hand side of the user’s profile you will see the General box click on Edit
A new pop-up will open which you will be able to edit according to your preferences:

For Role you want to select one of the two roles of Vacation Tracker, the Admin role or the User role
For Team you can select which team the user should belong to (to create a team please go to Microsoft Teams: How Do I Create a Team within Vacation Tracker?
Under Location you want to select the location the user should belong to (to create a location please go to Microsoft Teams: How Do I Create a Location?
Employee Since field can be used to track the employee start date for your own records or it can be used in case the quota for this user’s location resets based on the User Employment Date rather than the Accounting Year

Once you are done editing the information click Update

Any Location changes will affect the User’s scheduled leaves. By transferring the User to another Location, all upcoming leaves will be canceled.

Please keep in mind, if you would like to make a User into an Approver you cannot edit the role through their profile, you have to edit a team and assign a User as an Approver. To edit a team, please follow these steps: Microsoft Teams: How Do I Edit Team Information?
