If you are in the process of creating a team (please follow steps 4 and 5) or if you have already created a team and would like to turn on the notifications for the specific team, please follow these steps:

Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard ( )
Click on Teams on the left-hand side menu
On the right-hand side of any team click on the 3 dots (…) and find the Edit Team option
On the new page you will see the option “Set Notifications”, click the toggle to turn on notifications and new options will show

For the Channel field you want to select the channel where the notifications will arrive
For the Time Zone field, you can select the zone which will be used to send the notifications at the selected time. You have two options to choose from: the daily and weekly notification you can turn on both or one depending on your needs. To turn on the notifications you would click on the checkmark box next to each option.
For the weekly notification you will be able to choose the day and time when the notification will arrive in the channel; for the daily notification you will be able to choose the time the notification will arrive in the channel

Finally, click Save to save the changes or Create Team if you are turning on the notifications while creating a team

Please note: anyone in the selected channel will be able to see the notifications sent by our Vacation Tracker bot.
