To turn off the automated sync to your Slack workspace, please follow these steps:

Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard (
On the left-hand side click on Settings
Under the General Settings tab find the following option: "When this switch is on, new users added to your Slack organization will automatically be added to Vacation Tracker" and make sure the option is off (greyed out)
If you would like to also turn off the introductory notification that goes to all new users, please make sure the following option is off (greyed out): "Send notification to new users about Vacation Tracker"
Once you are done updating, click Update Settings below.
