How Can I Change My Subscription? (Core/Complete and Annual/Monthly)

Are you looking to change your current subscription plan? This change can easily be done with a simple click of a button!

We understand that organizations are continuously evolving, which is why we made it easier for you to change your Vacation Tracker subscription plan directly on your Billing page!

Here's how you can do this:

Please log in to your online dashboard at https://app.vacationtracker.io/connect
Select the Settings tab
Select Billing

You will see a toggle button for Monthly and Annual subscription options



Our system will indicate your current pricing plan. Once you click the toggle button for the Monthly or Annual option, the payment amount will display for each subscription.

Click on Switch Plan to activate your new subscription.


Switching from a Core/Complete monthly plan to a Core/Complete annual plan:


The Core / Complete annual plan will be activated immediately. Your annual price will be reduced by the remaining amount on your current monthly invoice.

Switching from the Core monthly plan to the Complete annual plan:


The Complete annual plan will be activated immediately. Your annual price will be reduced by the remaining amount on your current monthly invoice.

Switching from the Complete monthly plan to the Core monthly plan:


The Core monthly plan will be activated after the end of your current billing cycle (our system will indicate the exact date). Until then, you can continue to use the features of the Complete plan.

Switching from the Complete monthly plan to the Core annual plan:


The Core annual plan will be activated after the end of the current monthly billing cycle. Until then you can continue to use features of the Complete plan.

Switching from a Core/Complete annual plan to the same monthly plan:


The Core / Complete monthly plan will be activated and billed after the end of the current annual billing cycle.

Switching from the Complete annual plan to the Core monthly plan:


The Core plan will be activated after the end of the current annual billing cycle. Until then you can continue to use features of the Complete plan.

Switching from the Core annual plan to the Complete monthly plan:
