How Do I Edit my Billing Information?

If you need to update your billing information, you can do this quickly and easily on your online dashboard!

Admins can edit the company name, address and billing email contact(s) directly on the Billing Page! Here's how to do this:

Login to your online dashboard by going to
Select Settings, then Billing
Click on the Edit option in the Billing Information section:

Click on the Update Billing Info button to save your changes.

Updates can be made to your payment information through our payment processor! To do this, you can either click on the Edit option under the Payment Information section; or click on the Access My Customer Portal link right under the Invoices section:

Both options will bring you to a secure page where you can update this information!

Please note that if any changes need to be made to the billing information, they must be done 3 days prior to the start of the new billing cycle in order to be reflected on your invoices.
