How Do I Export a Leave Request Report (Leave History)?
Our Leave Request Report lets you customize and export all leave history information for all of the users within Vacation Tracker into a simple spreadsheet view!
Let’s begin!
Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard - https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin
On the left-hand side, select Reports and choose Leave Request Report

Depending on the data you need, you can tailor your report with these options:

1. Period - Select a time period for which you want the report
2. Display - Choose if you want the report to be shown in Days or Hours
3. Date format - Select a date format for the report
4. Locations - Filter the report by specific locations
5. Departments - Filter the report by specific departments
6. Labels - Filter the report by the labels assigned to Users
7. Users - If other filtering options aren't sufficient, you can select individual Users you want to see in the report
8. Leave Types - Choose the leave types you want to see
9. Request type - Select if you want to see only leave requests or TOIL requests
10. Status - Filter the requests by their current status
11. User Status - Choose if you want to include inactive and deleted Users (only active Users are filtered by default here)
12. Clear Filters
You also have an option to choose which columns are applied to the report by clicking on Edit columns in the top right corner:

Once you are done, you can review the report below the filters or download it as a CSV or an Excel file by clicking on Download in the top right corner.
