How Do I Set an Administrator within Vacation Tracker?
Just as you can make a User an Approver, you can promote a user to an Administrator.
Let’s see how it’s done!
- First things first, sign in to your dashboard - https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin
- On the left-hand side click on Users
- Next, you want to choose the User you wish to promote and their profile page will open up
- Once on their profile page, you will see a User Profile box. Click on Edit
- A pop-up will appear. For now, the only thing you are changing is the Role field. From the drop-down menu choose Administrator
- When you are done editing, click on Update and your settings will be saved
Please note that if you wish to deactivate another Admin, their role must first be changed back to a User. Once that's done, you will be able to deselect the Active option.
