Slack Troubleshooting: Slack Workspace Permissions
Having trouble logging into Vacation Tracker with your Slack Workspace? No worries, we’re here to help. The most common reason for Slack sign in issues has to do with permissions. If you receive the following message, it’s likely that our system is not able to access your workspace:
An Administrator from your Slack Workspace will need to approve a request to enable users to install the Vacation Tracker bot.
Once the request has been approved, you will be able to install our bot within Slack and log into Vacation Tracker by going to http://app.vacationtracker.io/connect
