So when an error occurs it can be kind of a letdown

Before contacting our wonderful client care, please make sure you checked all of the following:

Whether you have any spelling errors.
Whether the “Caps Lock” button was on. Coupon codes are case sensitive.
Whether the coupon code has expired, because if so you can no longer reactivate it.
Whether the coupon code you’ve received was used multiple times.
Whether the coupon code was issued by Vacation Tracker.
