Can I choose which leave types have the Out of Office (OOO) message?

With the Out of Office feature, you can customize and choose which leave types you will receive the OOO reminders for.

By default, the OOO feature will be active for all of the leave types that are active within your location.

To edit these settings, please use the following steps:

Go to the Vacation Tracker online dashboard:

Under Account Settings you should see the “Configure Automatic OOO Reply” section

If the option is enabled (activated), you should see a list of Leave Types

If you remove a leave type from this list, you will not receive OOO reminders for this leave type anymore.

To remove a leave type, click on the ( X ) on the right-hand side of the leave type name.

To add a leave type, click on the field and select from the drop-down menu.
