Guide : What Are The Differences Between Our Core & Complete Plans?

At Vacation Tracker, we understand that every company is different, and we strive to make our system as customizable as possible for everyone using Vacation Tracker. That’s why we’re happy to introduce our Core and Complete plans. Each plan is made to fit your company’s needs, whether small, medium or large

Our Complete Plan includes all features mentioned in the Core plan, as well as these additional features:


Scheduled reports - Send automated reports to specific team members to help keep track of user leave information!

Depending on your needs, you can switch between Core and Complete plans any time you'd like! Here's how you can do this:

From the online dashboard, please go to the Settings tab
Please select Billing
Under Pricing Plans, you will see which plan you are currently subscribed to. Simply click on the Switch Plan button to activate your new plan!

As a bonus, both our Core and Complete plans can be subscribed to monthly or annually. If you are an existing customer, here's how you can switch from monthly to annual plans:

From the online dashboard, please go to the Settings tab
Select Billing
You will see a toggle button to switch your subscription from Monthly to Annual.

When switching from the Core monthly plan to the Complete monthly plan, the Complete monthly plan will be activated immediately and the price will be prorated for the current billing cycle. If you'd like to switch back to the Core plan before the end of your billing cycle, our system will let you know that the change will occur:





When switching from any monthly plan to the same annual plan the Core / Complete annual plan will be activated immediately. Your annual price will be reduced by the remaining amount on your current monthly invoice.
