How Can I Sign Up/Sign In using my Email?
Would you like to use Vacation Tracker with your work email? You can now sign up and connect to Vacation Tracker using your email address!
This option is useful if your organization is not yet using one of our other integration options! With this option, both leave request responses and notifications are received via email. Invitations to join Vacation Tracker are also sent via email. Once users accept the invitation, they will be asked to create an account to sign into the Vacation Tracker account!
Let's help you sign up!
Open your browser and go to app.vacationtracker.io/signup
Select the Connect with your Email option
Once you enter your email address, you will be redirected to the sign up page:
Create your profile by entering your email and password. After entering the company information, select Continue
Next, you'll be asked to invite your colleagues to use Vacation Tracker by entering their email addresses. You can enter email addresses from different domains:
You can then select the plan that you'd like to use (Core or Complete)
And you're all set!
You can now start configuring your account settings by creating Leave Types, assigning Leave Policies and setting Locations and Departments!
On the Users page, you can see which users accepted the invitation and who are now active under the Active tab. The pending invitations will be visible under the Invitations tab. Here, you'll see the option to Reinvite or Delete the user. Please note that pending invitations will expire after 7 days. Admins could then re-invite the users or delete them. The Inactive tab will list the users that have been deleted from your Vacation Tracker account.
Please keep in mind that the email addresses are case sensitive. When you sign up with your email address, please make sure that you keep that same format when signing into Vacation Tracker.
Additionally, on your profile page, you are also able to set your profile picture/avatar by selecting Edit and uploading an image from your device!
If you happen to forget your password at any time, no worries - you can reset it quickly and easily by selecting the Forgot your Password option
